बेगमपुर में जन सुराज पार्टी के राज्य कार्यकारिणी सदस्य टिंकु राय ने जन संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। सभा को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने बिहार की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था पर तीखा प्रहार किया।
टिंकु राय ने कहा कि “चाहे वर्तमान सरकार हो या पूर्व की लालू सरकार, सभी ने अपने-अपने फायदे के लिए बिहार को सिर्फ लूटने का काम किया है। सभी राजनीतिक दल जाति और धर्म के नाम पर जनता को गुमराह करते हैं।”
उन्होंने लालू यादव पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि “लालू यादव सिर्फ अपने बेटे को मुख्यमंत्री बनाना चाहते हैं। क्या यादव समाज में और कोई योग्य चेहरा नहीं है? वहीं, बीजेपी हिन्दू-मुस्लिम का मुद्दा उठाकर लोगों को बांटती है, लेकिन असली समस्याओं की कोई बात नहीं होती।”
बिहार की बदहाल औद्योगिक स्थिति पर सवाल उठाते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि “राज्य में कई चीनी मिल वर्षों से बंद पड़ी हैं, लेकिन आज तक किसी ने इन्हें शुरू करने की कोशिश नहीं की। शिक्षा व्यवस्था चरमरा चुकी है, विद्यालयों में पढ़ाई नदारद है, लेकिन अधिकारी मध्यान्ह भोजन की गिनती में लगे रहते हैं।”
स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर चिंता जताते हुए उन्होंने पूछा कि “खोदावंदपुर प्रखंड के सीएचसी और उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में कितने MBBS डॉक्टर कार्यरत हैं? ग्रामीण डॉक्टरों के भरोसे स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था कैसे सुधरेगी?”
उन्होंने कहा कि “बिहार में विशेष राज्य का दर्जा अब केवल एक सपना बनकर रह गया है। नीतीश कुमार की सरकार कभी इधर, कभी उधर—सिर्फ कुर्सी की राजनीति में लगी रही।”
कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने जन सुराज पार्टी के सूत्रधार प्रशांत किशोर के विचारों से लोगों को अवगत कराया। साथ ही, नवादा में अधिकारियों द्वारा जनसभा को रोकने के प्रयास की कड़ी आलोचना की।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में दर्जनों लोगों ने जन सुराज पार्टी की सदस्यता ग्रहण की और पार्टी के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलने का संकल्प लिया।
In Begampur, Tinku Rai, a member of the state executive committee of the Jan Suraj Party, organized a Jan Samvad (public dialogue) program. While addressing the gathering, he launched a scathing attack on the political system of Bihar.
Tinku Rai said, “Be it the current government or the former Lalu regime, all have only exploited Bihar for their own benefit. All political parties mislead the public in the name of caste and religion.”
Taking a dig at Lalu Yadav, he said, “Lalu Yadav only wants to make his son the Chief Minister. Isn’t there any other deserving face in the Yadav community? Meanwhile, the BJP divides people by raising Hindu-Muslim issues, but never talks about the real problems.”
Raising questions about the deteriorating industrial situation in Bihar, he stated, “There are 28 sugar mills in the state, out of which 18 have been shut down for years. Yet, no one has ever tried to restart them. The education system is in shambles; teaching in schools is missing, while officials are only busy counting mid-day meals.”
Expressing concern over the state of healthcare services, he asked, “How many MBBS doctors are working in the CHC and sub-health centers of Khodabandpur block? How can the health system improve if it depends on rural doctors?”
He said, “The status of special category state for Bihar has now become just a dream. Nitish Kumar’s government kept swinging back and forth—engaged only in the politics of power.”
During the event, he also introduced people to the ideas of Prashant Kishor, the architect of the Jan Suraj Party. He strongly criticized the officials in Nawada for attempting to stop a public meeting.
At the end of the program, dozens of people joined the Jan Suraj Party and pledged to walk step by step with the party.
